| Underinsurance |
If assets are insured for less than what they are worth. A person’s household effects are worth DKK 200,000 but are only insured for DKK 100,000. In case of damage – of any size whatsoever – the insurance will only pay half compensation.

A share which is not physically delimited. A owns an undivided share of 50% – which means that A owns 50% of the whole property.

| Unsatisfied mortgagee |
A mortgagee who does not obtain cover for his/her mortgage from the forced sale.
