| Probate court administrator |
For the administration of a division of matrimonial property or a debt rescheduling case, the Probate Court will appoint an administrator to assist the Probate Court with the administration. Previously, the Probate Court also appointed an administrator in estates of deceased persons to be administered by the court. This was changed from 1 January 1997. These estates are now administered by administrators.

A prohibitory injunction can be made subject to the provision of security.

| Property in possession of the mortgagee |
A mortgagee can seek to secure the amount due to him or her by means of income from the mortgage, for example a farm. The mortgagee will get the permission of the enforcement court to take possession of the mortgaged property.

The public authorities assess the value of real property. The public property valuation forms the basis of various taxes, the registration tax (alternatively the purchase price) and the valuation carried out in, for example, estates of deceased persons.

| Prosecutor |
The person acting on behalf of the prosecution in criminal cases. It can be an assistant police prosecutor, a police prosecutor, a deputy chief constable or a chief constable, all legally trained. A few places use the title prosecuting police attorney. The prosecutor of a case can also be a police officer. This is often so in cases involving a fine.
